Light as a Feather:
Yoga for Neck and Shoulders,
Arms and Wrists
This workshop series provides effective ways to create healthy neck, shoulder, arm and wrist alignment in various Yoga poses, utilizing the therapeutic loops and spirals of Anusara Yoga. Suzanne Zuber will guide you through poses, physical therapy exercises, and anatomy awareness as you explore your own optimal alignment and find ways to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. You will emerge with effective tools to create ease and lightness for everyday life.

Suzanne brings not only her training in anatomy and yoga-specific physical therapy, but also her personal experience full recovery, through yoga, from chronic neck and shoulder pain.
